Ford SEMA Show Vehicles

The Big Three are always right out in front at SEMA, and Ford’s booth is expected to be a hot place of action with not only the all new 2015 Ford Mustang, but the new 2015 Ford F-150.

While Ford promises us dozens of 2015 Mustang and F-150 show vehicles, they are teasing us with just a few renderings of what’s in store, starting with the Petty’s Garage Mustang GT/

Test Drives

In our test drives this week, we spend some time at the track with the all new 2015 Lexus RC-F

The top of the line V8 powered RC-F coupe and its V6 powered RC-350 siblings showed us that Lexus is hot on the trail of the BMW 4 Series and other like competitors.

Our track day test drive showed us many talents of the new RC-F from the sounds of its 467 horsepower V8 and the extremely talented chassis.

It was not only extremely fun, but backed up with refinement and a feel of quality that takes Lexus one step up from before.

Also on the docket for this week’s drives was the Ford CMax Hybrid. A vehicle which has had its share of headlines for having its EPA mpg lowered, we sought to see how well it still stands in the market.

Despite being lowered to 40 mpg combined by the EPA we managed 43 mpg combined in our real world testing and found that the CMax still offers a unique opportunity against competition like the Toyota Prius v
