To commemorate the occasion, they’re bringing back the 485 horsepower 6.4-liter HEMI V8 for one last tire smoking run into the sunset. The special run of the high-powered 2023 Chrysler 300C will be limited to only 2,000 copies and will be available in just three colors, Gloss Black, Velvet Red and Bright White.

For its last year, a revised tri-color 300C badge sits at the side of its unique grille and at the rear deck lid. Trims front and rear are gloss black and include black chrome here and there in addition to blacked out headlamps and tail lamps.

The look is rounded out by a set of rather familiar looking 20-inch forged aluminum wheels with red four-piston Brembo brakes peeking through them. At the rear are dual black chrome tips of its performance exhaust system.

The cabin of the Chrysler 300C comes in any color you wish so long as it’s black. The top-end interior is trimmed with leather front sport seats embossed with 300C logos and unique silver accent stitching. That silver thread work also adorns the leather instrument panel and door soft surfaces. Hard trims are carbon fiber and piano black.

It’s 6.4-liter 392 cubic-inch HEMI V8 has been on hiatus for quite a few years, honestly a surprise to see it return. It puts down the familiar song of 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque.

Here it’s reunited with its old friend, the TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission designed by ZF that features 160-millisecond shift times.

Power goes to the rear wheels through a 3.09:1 limited slip differential and the 300C gets the top-drawer active damping suspension. With all of this hardware, the 300C will run the quarter-mile in 12.4 seconds and 0-60 in 4.3 seconds. Top speed is a computer limited 160 mph.

As said, only 2,000 units of the 6.4-liter HEMI powered 2023 Chrysler 300C will be offered in the United States. In Canada an additional 200 will be available.
